Ruder Finn, Inc. Hires Gina Kelly as Director of Talent and People Experience Across the U.S.

NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ruder Finn, Inc., a leading independent global communications agency, today announced the appointment of Gina Kelly as Director of Talent and People Experience. Kelly joins Ruder Finn from The Walt Disney Company.  Kelly's new role marks a milestone for Ruder Finn in the transformation of the HR function to focus on employee experience. Kelly brings years of experience in leadership development, employee training and engagement, recruitment, organizational design and strategy and employee relations.  Kelly will spearhead Ruder Finn's employee engagement, performance management, recruitment and training services and enhance the overall employee experience within the agency. She will report to Kathy Bloomgarden, CEO, Ruder Finn.
