The popular home-style restaurants are packing the long weekend with family-friendly activities, a 99-cents kids meal deal and a chance for one lucky family to win a dream vacation with the Summer Kick Off sweepstakes. The fun starts on Thursday, May 23, 2013 and continues through Memorial Day, May 27, 2013. Visit any of the company's 337 buffet restaurants to get in on the holiday action!

One weekend, five days of fun
Every Thursday is Family Night at the buffet restaurants, but during Memorial Day weekend, every night from Thursday through Monday will be Family Night. As with every Family Night, kids 11 years and younger can dine in for just 99 cents (with adult purchase). Families will enjoy popular menu items like juicy steaks, fresh salads, home-style side dishes and specialty summer desserts like banana splits and ice cream sundaes. The restaurants will even be helping families get into the summer groove with free travel-themed activity sheets.
For those who want to get an early start to Memorial Day, select Ryan's, HomeTown Buffet and Old Country Buffet restaurants will be open on Monday, May 27 for special breakfast hours, in addition to regular lunch and dinner hours. Dream Vacation Becomes a Reality
During Memorial Day weekend, families will have another reason to celebrate with the Summer Kick Off Sweepstakes. One lucky family will win an all-inclusive dream vacation to their destination of choice, worth up to $10,000! Registration will be available online at any of the official Buffets, Inc. brands websites or Facebook pages or Buffet.com/familyvacation starting May 23. Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of the continental U.S. or D.C.
Each entrant will receive a $1 off dinner coupon and a chance to win the grand prize. Families may enter once per day through May 27. The winner of the Summer Kick Off sweepstakes will be drawn at random on or about Tuesday, May 28. No purchase is necessary to participate and all entries are subject to the official sweepstakes rules.
