S. Korea IT Promotion Agency Union showcases 18 major IT/SW companies at CommunicAsia 2013

SINGAPORE, June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CommunicAsia 2013 (the 24th International Communications and Information Technology Exhibition & Conference) held in Marina Bay, Singapore from 18th(Tue.) to 21st(Fri.) of June opened its door today to showcase the latest developments and trends across the information and communications technology (ICT), broadcast, digital multimedia and entertainment technology industries.

As the most established technology showcase and meeting point for the ICT industry in Asia, the show will cover the latest updates to a myriad of technologies, including Over-the-Top (OTT), cloud computing, mobile applications and innovations, mobile broadband, LTE/4G, satellite communications, NFC and mCommerce and many more.

With the continuing increase of the IT/SW technology industry, South Korea expands its participation in CommunicAsia 2013 with the South Korea IT Promotion Agency Union consisting of IT&SW businesses from six major cities of Korea:  Gwangju, Jeonju, Jeonnam, Daejeon, Chungbuk, and Pohang.

Each of the cities established an organized promotion agency to support the growth and provide an aid for local companies to venture out to the global market.  Each of the organized agencies brought out their leading companies: Fairapple Inc, Next-aeon Inc, Intersave Co., and Dawon DNS CO.of The Gwangju Information Culture Industry Promotion Agency (GITCT), ELSYS Co., Human IT Solution Co., INNOWebSoft Inc, and CGWAVE Inc. of Jeonnam Culture Industry Promotion Agency (JCIA), RexGen Co., and UBMT Co. of Joenju IT&CT Industry Promotion Agency (JICA), VARRAM System Co., Natural History Research Institute, Inc, and BlueWaveTel Co. of Daejeon Technopark , EZBNS, Inc, Core ENG Co., and Freecommerce Co. of Chungcheongbukdo Knowledge Industry Promotion Agency (CBKIPA) and Nuri T&P Co., Ltd. and CMT Co. In an attempt to differentiate itself from the Korea Pavilion, the S. Korea IT Promotion Agency Union booth created more of an interactive walk-through zone in which visitors can experience first-hand the services and products they have to offer. After a walk-through of the integrated booth, visitors will have experienced and learned a great deal of the major technologies being introduced in the IT/SW Industry.

Providing a one-stop resource center for IT/SW technology seekers, different market products from the IT/SW industry are being showcased at the booth. Various technologies consisting of security solutions, 360° video solution, social networking games, power managing system, wireless camera with direct smart device connection, integrated Blackbox, and voice&video communication based on IP-Centrix and Android OS are in display for visitors to experience.

Each of the agencies was established to contribute to regional and national economy strengthening of the competitiveness of IT/SW venture. And, by participating at CommunicAsia, they are able to optimize business opportunities while being able to showcase their technology globally.
