The bright and airy 2,500-square-foot sales gallery replicates the elegant interiors of Sabbia Beach's residences. Large sliders open to an oceanfront 720-square-foot front deck and 750-square-foot back deck, emulating the residences' expansive, oversized balconies, which will offer stunning views of the ocean, city or Intracoastal Waterway.
The gallery showcases the residences' gourmet kitchen, complete with a chef's island and Italian cabinetry, stone countertops, Miele appliances and Sub-Zero refrigerator. In addition, a replica of the spacious Sabbia Beach master bath features a chic freestanding soaking tub, Toto® fixtures, seamless glass shower, stone countertops and his and hers sinks.
