SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ ---Safe Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SGTB) announced today that its NCAP Security Systems subsidiary, soon to merge into the recently purchased Northsight Capital, Inc. (OTC BB: NCAP), has launched its new website and product, MaskMail.com.
