Bhattacharyya has served as CEO of public and private companies in the US, Europe and India. He is also a partner in Full Change, Safe Communications partner in China.
The company also named Chris Toepker as Executive Vice President of Product Development. Toepker is considered one of the top game developers in China. He has 15+ years' experience in transmedia entertainment, namely games, electronics, collectibles and toys. Toepker was instrumental in the design, develop and launch "Dungeons and Fighters" trading card game in China, in partnership with TenCent and Nexon/Neopeople.

Shouvik was a Sloan Fellow at MIT, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology and an Electrical & Electronics engineer with a second Master's degree focused on industrial engineering and management. Chris was Senior Operations Manager in Asia and Latin America for Hasboro's Wiazrds of the Coast. He was Senior Marketing Manager for Philips Electronics, where he Created global marketing communications toolkit, including introducing the concept of advergaming and making a landmark game for Philips.com.
