She was seized by Contra Costa Animal Control and Safe Haven Horse Rescue was chosen as her new home because of their love, compassion and knowledge in rehabilitating abused and neglected horses. Excessorized is available to meet media and horse lovers at the Western States Horse Expo in Sacramento (June 11-13th) at Barns by Harrahs Pavilion.
