Salient Federal Solutions Expands Management Team with Vice President Appointments

Edward will be responsible for heading up Salient's Agility as a Service^SM (AaaS^SM) distinction, enabling customers to realize the benefits of agile solutions including cost reduction, risk reduction, and accountability. AaaS^SM provides the infusion of the right amount of disciplined processes, using CMMI Level 3 to ensure quality and repeatability in combination with its Talent Operations Center (TOC) to provide a unique capability to scale up or down based on customers' need.

Edward brings a full understanding of the operational challenges in implementing agile processes on federal and commercial programs. Edward builds high-performance teams and most recently served as an agile coach for several organizations including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Transportation Security Administration, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas. As Vice President, Edward will focus on best practices for delivering scaled agile solutions to agencies and organizations that understand the importance of rapid delivery and finding leaner approaches.

Neely will be responsible for leading and expanding mission critical software development engagements. She will also lead Salient teams in software engineering and IT infrastructure supporting mission critical systems for the Federal Civilian market.

Neely, formerly LIST Innovative Solution's (LIST) Vice President of Operations, has been supporting project execution in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) markets. Prior to LIST, Neely served as Vice President and Deputy Business Unit Director at SRA International, supporting federal civilian agencies including the United States Department of Agriculture, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Office of Personnel Management. As Vice President, Neely will focus on mission-critical areas for Salient's longstanding partnerships to help evolve the company's capabilities within federal civilian market.
