With the new Samsung Four-Door Refrigerator with Automatic Sparkling Water Powered by SodaStream, getting the crisp delicious taste of sparkling water is as easy as pushing a button.

According to a recent survey conducted by Samsung on the Angus Reid Forum, 42% of Canadians surveyed prefer carbonated water to still water, and for the 64% of respondents who prefer their sparkling water lightly carbonated, Samsung's Four-Door Refrigerator with Automatic Sparkling Water provides three different levels of carbonation.

Using the same control panel you would use to select between still water or ice, families can select up to three levels of carbonation for their sparkling water, perfect to quench any thirst. The sparkling water dispenser uses a standard SodaStream 60L CO2 cylinder which rests in a small, concealed area inside the left refrigerator door, making it easy to refresh when empty.

In addition, the survey also found 55% of Canadians are unaware that in-home carbonation products exist, and that 29% would drink more sparkling water with access to this technology. Luckily for this growing demand, Samsung's constant innovation and anticipation of consumer needs is making this possible.

The refrigerator also boasts convenient storage features like the kid-friendly counter-height FlexZone™ drawer with four temperature settings, and the proprietary Twin Cooling Plus™ technology that keeps food fresher longer. About the Poll

From April 9th to April 11th, 2013, an online survey was conducted among 3,018 randomly selected Canadian adults who are Angus Reid Forum panelists. Out of the full base, 1044 respondents are carbonated water drinkers (i.e. those that drink it often or sometimes). The margin of error on the full base —which measures sampling variability—is +/- 1.6%, 19 times out of 20. The results have been statistically weighted according to education, age, gender and region (and in Quebec language) Census data to ensure a sample representative of the entire adult population of Canada. Discrepancies in or between totals are due to rounding.
