He began his professional journey over three decades ago with USI Insurance Services (and predecessor companies), specializing in Property and Casualty industries, and has continued to climb the ranks in various esteemed leadership positions.

His diverse background includes serving on the Waterfall Bank Board of Directors, holding the position of President at YMCA of the Suncoast, and contributing as the President of Goodwill Industries Suncoast, among other notable roles.
