NEW YORK, Sept. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. LLC (Bernstein) announced today that it has launched an Institutional Research app for iPad and iPhone, giving clients the opportunity to access the firm's leading sell-side research more quickly and on the go.

One of the app's key features is the client Watch List. This feature lets clients subscribe to the analysts, ticker symbols and industries they are most interested in, and receive alerts when new research is published on the relevant topics. Other convenient features allow clients to:

Auto-download recent research from their watch lists to read "offline" when it's convenient;
View upcoming events and listen to replays while viewing speaker slides; and
Save research publications to their personal library for easy reference.
