Santander Bank, N.A. Announces The Completion And Final Results Of Its Tender Offer For Any And All Of Its 8.750% Subordinated Notes Due 2018

BOSTON, Oct. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Santander Bank, N.A. (the "Bank"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Santander Holdings USA, Inc. ("SHUSA"), today announced the completion and final results of its previously announced cash tender offer (the "Offer") for any and all of its outstanding 8.750% Subordinated Notes Due 2018 (the "Notes"). The Company has been advised that the aggregate principal amount specified in the table below has been validly tendered and not validly withdrawn pursuant to the Offer:

The Offer was being made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase and a Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, each dated October 11, 2017, which contains detailed information concerning the terms of the Offer. 

The Offer expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 17, 2017 (the "Expiration Time").  The Company has accepted for purchase all Notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn, and such Notes will be paid for on the payment date, which is expected to be today, October 18, 2017.
