Gatto joined the firm in 2006 and works in the firm's corporate and international practice areas. He specializes in the areas of corporate law, aircraft finance, mergers and acquisitions and international arbitration. He also represents individuals and majority and minority stakeholders in domestic and multinational firms doing business in the U.S., Latin America and Europe.

Born in Bariloche, Argentina, Santi is a native Spanish speaker. Involved in the Miami arts community for three decades, Gatto has served as a Trustee to the Arts & Business Council of Miami since 2008.
