Lichstein will focus on managing client services, ad operations and finance as well as driving legal and regulatory efforts.

Prior to ShopText, he was general counsel and head of corporate development at behavioral targeting company MeMedia. From 1998 to 2003, he held a series of senior-level roles at Razorfish, a leading full service digital agency, including Managing Director, East Coast Region. Adam began his career as an associate at Morrison & Foerster, a global law firm.
