ScanScout Adds Adam Lichstein as SVP and General Counsel

BOSTON, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading in-stream online video advertising company ScanScout ( today announced it has appointed Adam Lichstein to the position of senior vice president of operations and general counsel, a newly created role within the company. Lichstein will focus on managing client services, ad operations and finance as well as driving legal and regulatory efforts.

With more than a decade of experience working with innovative technology and media companies, Lichstein comes to ScanScout from ShopText, a mobile promotions and commerce platform, where he served as chief operating officer.  Prior to ShopText, he was general counsel and head of corporate development at behavioral targeting company MeMedia. From 1998 to 2003, he held a series of senior-level roles at Razorfish, a leading full service digital agency, including Managing Director, East Coast Region. Adam began his career as an associate at Morrison & Foerster, a global law firm.
