- This "Held Cart" functionality also allows designated reviewers and approvers to edit orders to manage access to hazardous and controlled materials, select preferred vendors and ensure compliance with internal processes before the order goes to the purchasing system. Resolving these issues up front eliminates re-work and associated delays.
