Scott McTague Joins CMP as SVP and Practice Lead of Talent Fit Solutions

DALLAS, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CMP, a leading talent acquisition, development and outplacement firm announced today that Scott McTague, will join CMP as Senior Vice President and Practice Leader of Talent Fit Solutions.  In this role Scott will ensure CMP clients have the most contemporary search and assessment solutions while leading the Kansas City office.

McTague brings over 25 years of consulting and leadership experience to CMP, having consulted and led talent initiatives with many well-known brands and companies across industries.  McTague has provided prediction and development solutions to over 100,000 candidates and several hundred diverse clients over the course of his career.  McTague is also a proliferate writer, providing thought leadership to the areas of assessment science and prediction through journal contributions and his seminal book on pre-employment selection titled Hiring in Good Times and Bad (Greenwood Publishing, 2001).
