SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Xcellerant Ventures (XVC) today announced the launch of the Jetstream Venture Fund (Jetstream), an innovative interval fund recently declared effective by the SEC. Jetstream seeks to provide professionals with access to venture-style investments that were traditionally limited to institutional institutions and the ultra-wealthy through a minimum investment of $20,000.
