Xcellerant Ventures Invests $1M in Geneticure to Advance Precision Medicine and Expand Arizona's Biotech Hub

Precision medicine pioneer to establish new clinical lab in Arizona, bringing predictive testing for renal denervation to market

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Xcellerant Ventures today announced a $1 million Fund I investment in Geneticure, a precision medicine pioneer developing tests that predict patient response to hypertension treatments. The capital will accelerate Geneticure's commercial scaling and support a new clinical laboratory in Arizona, expanding the state's thriving life sciences ecosystem.

Geneticure utilizes a non-invasive cheek swab test to analyze four physiologic pathways, predicting whether a patient with resistant hypertension will respond to renal denervation (RDN)—an FDA-approved procedure with 35 million eligible U.S. patients. Because more than 10 million of those patients may see no benefit, Geneticure's responder score gives physicians confidence in patient selection, lowers payer costs, and drives clinical adoption.
