Sports Asylum's mobile app, Sportify™ (www.Sportify.com) will provide a social network designed for recreational sports enthusiasts. Also included in the acquisition is the dynamic core technology utilized for the web based platform. The acquisition demonstrates the company's expansion of its Internet business marketing platform to the sports and lifestyle industry. The acquisition was completed on December 31, 2012.

The Sportify iOS mobile app, expected to launch in the first quarter of 2013, enables users to source, schedule, review, browse, connect, and participate in any one of up to 90 different recreational sports in a covered geographic area. Sportify features include the ability to find other players, locate recreational sports facilities, courts, and centers, as well as offering easy game scheduling and social media integration, among others. The app provides its users a variety of functions such as email confirmation of start times, number of participants, skill level of other players, and reviews of the participants, the teams and the sports facility. Initially, the app will be beta tested for users in Southern California from Santa Barbara to San Diego, with later expansion city by city to a nationwide database.
