Seattle Attorney Doug Smart Named General Counsel at Clise Properties
SEATTLE, Jan. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Seattle attorney Doug Smart has joined Clise Properties as vice president and general counsel. Smart was formerly at the Seattle law firm of Graham & Dunn (now Miller Nash Graham & Dunn) and a shareholder there since 2000.
Smart specializes in commercial real estate, commercial finance and corporate planning. He is a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, its past Washington state chair, a regent on its board, and chairman of its amicus task force. His publications include, among others, "Project Financing" in the Washington Real Property Desk Book.
