Second Annual Taste of Brews Inland Empire to Feature 40-Plus Craft Breweries, Classic Rock and Gourmet Food Trucks
INLAND EMPIRE, Calif., May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Taste of Brews is marking its triumphant return to White Park in Riverside on Sat., May 25, 2013 for a summer launch festival showcasing beers from 40-plus craft breweries. Headlined by popular Beatles tribute band Britain's Finest on the Purple Revolver stage, the event infuses dozens of microbreweries and SoCal's premier mobile restaurants with an amazing festival, all benefitting the California Riverside Ballet. Taste of Brews features many popular craft beers like Stone, Sierra Nevada, Karl Strauss, Sam Adams and Hangar 24. Also participating are regional breweries like Packinghouse (Riverside), Bootleggers (Fullerton), Black Market Brewing (Temecula) and Craft Brewing Co. (Lake Elsinore). Startups include Donkey Punch (Redlands), Area 51 (Riverside), Sons of Liberty (Norco), Brew-Ligion (Murrieta) and Brew Rebellion (Yucaipa).
Live entertainment includes Britain's Finest, all-female tribute act Cougrzz Rock, and Drive, a Cars tribute. Culinary delights for purchase are provided by Bacon Mania, Short Stop BBQ and Viking food trucks. Taste of Brews also welcomes several local restaurants including Killarney's, Kountry Folks, Mi Tortilla and Grams Mission BBQ who are sampling various yummy treats.

Taste of Brews is a refreshingly classy approach to beer tasting; paying homage to the passion and excitement that today's full-flavored craft beers are generating among consumers while providing an exciting platform to introduce new styles. Following Riverside, the festival moves to Lighthouse Park in Long Beach on August 24.
Taste of Brews pricing starts at $35.00 for 3-hour session (1pm to 4pm) and $45.00 for a 4-hour session (noon to 4pm) which include beer "tastes", food samples and drinking water (while supplies last) and the Purple Revolver concert. A limited number of general admission tickets will be on-sale for $20 and include access to the park, concert, food trucks and a separate beer & wine garden (drinks for purchase). Attendees must be age 21 or older.
