The launch enhances notification capabilities of the number one mobile duress platform in the market for reliability and precision. XTendCall™ enables connectivity and alarm management of third-party systems such as security, communication, fire alarm, management systems and many others. XTendCall™ also provides unified reporting and extends notification of alerts and alarms to wired and wireless communication devices. XTendCall™ Mobile app allows users to optimize workflow, streamline messaging and response to critical and non-critical events.

XTendCall™ enables personnel to receive on their mobile devices of choice, accurate facility-wide duress calls with up to room-level accuracy. Event updates are provided in real time when used with Securalert's™ solutions. Protocols can be automated and communicated in real time for all active events. Easy-to-read large text displays alarms and messages with audible and vibrate functionality. Sound and vibration patterns are determined by the urgency of the alert. XTendCall™ is also equipped with an automatic call-back feature to communicate with enabled audio/mobile devices without having to look up phone numbers or extensions. Alarms can be acknowledged, escalated and even canceled remotely or at the point of origin if so desired. The app indicates to the other users who is responding in the same work area. Alerts and response times are recorded for reporting and team leader follow up, optimizing response time and workflow of non-critical managed events or requests.
