Security First International Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets: SCFR) Issues Shareholder Update

OKLAHOMA CITY, Sept. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Security First International Holdings Inc., (Pink Sheets:SCFR.pk - News) would like to update shareholders on past events. We have came to a stumbling block on the development of our much anticipated WWTH (World Wide Texas Holdem) project. With the most recent involvements of the DOJ and FBI investigations into online Poker many potential Legal issues have arisen. SCFR has decided based upon attorney opinions until such time as these entities better define the legalities of Online Poker that money spent on further development may well be better spent in other areas of New Technology and development. Once these issues are fully resolved we intend once again to complete our development project in this area.

Security First in keeping with our Business plan has not been Idle. We intend to announce very shortly three New areas of interest. We have identified and been in contact with other entities and product manufacturers in these areas of interest and finalization on some are imminent and announcements will be made as these materialize.

At this time we are currently still in development stage but we do see  income producing products in the above mentioned and further development and product enhancement of these will put our company in a lead position in these areas. Our goal is to seek out new products and technology and we are diligent in that goal and intend to be the New Concept Company of today.

A new website design is underway to better showcase our Technology products and Concepts. Many of these New Concepts are ready for consumer consumption and we are seeking avenues to bring these products to consumers as our company grows and shareholder value increases with this growth. Shareholders are urged to be aware that we anticipate some negotiations to be finalized very soon and we will issue a Press Release once we have consummated these new product discussions.
