OKLAHOMA CITY, Oct. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Security First International Holdings Inc., (SCFR.PK) is pleased to Announce that after careful consideration along with attorney's advice SCFR has found a way to move forward with development of World Wide Texas Holdem (WWTH) software utilizing a different concept that addresses the legal ramifications that had caused the past concerns of legality. WWTH will be a Texas Holdem Only private poker club . WWTH will not give away cash as prizes as this is where the legalities crossed paths and instead will offer Gold Chips to member tournament winners. WWTH new concept is still in development and we are sure we have solved the issues that surround online gaming.

WWTH software will have to go through editing and the website will need reworking to fit this new potential model. WWTH as with Club WPT will offer an Online redemption center where Gold Chips won in tournaments can be redeemed for merchandise of choice or in Gift Cards. WWTH will establish website redemption centers. SCFR feels that online poker in a Private only Club membership based platform can add substantial income to the company as it develops the other projects in our company at this time.

With the interruption of our software development to legal concerns we are now faced with an unknown time frame to get our potential platform up and running for investors and poker club members. WWTH has purchased a Texas Holdem Software that we may implement while our software is in development to aid in building up our client base. The purchased software is a fully functional Texas Holdem Version and only needs minor adjustments and integration to be ready to implement. Once WWTH and SCFR makes a decision upon this aspect we will release an expected date that players can start. WWTH intends to award more Free Seats in WPT and WSOP poker tournaments that are for member winners than any poker site online today.
