Quesada was issued his Certified Protection Professional credential by ASIS International and holds a bachelor's of arts in security administration as well as a graduate certificate in security management by Bucks University in the United Kingdom. His knowledge and experience of the Americas has been enhanced by his extensive travel in the region, both through his business security roles and from his time in the Colombian military.

Quesada brings a combination of security understanding of business needs, experience in risk mitigation, and conflict resolution in hostile environments to his work at Focuss Service Group. He has provided security support services in the commercial and security sector for a number of mining and metals companies, oil and gas companies, and engineering and security consulting companies in different regions in the Americas.

Further, Quesada has worked in the areas of corporate security, emergency preparedness and response, quality assurance, and commercialization and logistics. He has been a speaker at ASIS and OSAC conferences in South America and a panelist at the Mexico Shale Summit in San Antonio, Texas.
