When asked the reason behind the website – its founder Ciaran Connolly shared – "Connolly Cove is a passion project, I have visited so many amazing locations around Ireland with friends and family – and thought others would be interest in these locations as well. Hence I decided to share some of our favourite places and make a conscious effort to actually visit more! Hence the website and video channel of our vacations around Ireland was setup.
