SEEBURGER AG Appoints Rohit Khanna as EVP Global Strategy & Corporate Development

BRETTEN, Germany and SAN FRANCISCO, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- SEEBURGER AG, a leading provider of global business-to-business and application integration solutions, announced today that Rohit Khanna has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Global Strategy and Corporate Development, effective July 19, 2010. Khanna is a veteran in the business-to-business and application integration space who most recently was an executive with Axway.

Khanna will be responsible for devising and assisting in execution of a global SEEBURGER distribution and market penetration strategy including sales, services and business development. He will play a key advisor role in developing direction and positioning for the company's global and vertical products, solutions and services.

As a member of the SEEBURGER AG executive team, Khanna will also play a prominent role in expanding SEEBURGER's global leadership position both organically and inorganically.

Before joining SEEBURGER, Khanna was Senior Vice President of Axway with responsibility for consulting and professional services in the Americas, UK, Africa and South Africa. Prior to his association with Axway, Khanna had over 15 years of experience in the business-to-business integration, managed file transfer, infrastructure management and enterprise application integration fields as a senior executive with companies including Premenos, Harbinger, Peregrine and Cyclone Commerce.
