Seen On Screen TV Adds Edward Minnema As Consultant And Provides Corporate Update

EVERETT, Wash., May 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Seen on Screen TV Inc. (OTC Pink: SONT) is pleased to announce that Edward Minnema has joined the company's team as consultant/advisor. Mr.Minnema provides a vast array of experience from the business community. Having successfully run a number of private contracting companies, Ed has also provided public companies with Investor Relation services and has provided consultant and advisory services.

Recently Mr. Minnema had served as CEO, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Diversified Secure Ventures Corp. Upon completing a merger in early 2012 he resigned from all of his positions in October 2012. Tony Jarjour, CEO of Seen on Screen TV commented, "Ed will be a valuable addition to our company as we plan to move forward and expand. His knowledge and contacts will allow more time for current management to concentrate on adding value to the company and its shareholder base." Mr. Minnema will provide services for an initial 3 month period with an option to extend for a further 9 months. He will receive compensation of 150,000 shares and 150,000 options exercisable at $0.25 for a period of 3 years.

In other corporate updates, the Board of Directors has approved the issuance of stock options for the members of the board. Each board member (5) shall receive 500,000 options to purchase common shares of Seen on Screen TV at an exercise price of $0.25, the options expiring in 3 years. A further 2,000,000 shares will be reserved for future option consideration if required. Management is currently working on the completion of the required financial statements and expects filing of such documents in a timely matter. The company is striving to reach current status in relation to filings, thus elevating its tier status and attractiveness to future investors. The corporation is actively seeking funding for general corporate expenses and business expansion. Our website will also be revamped in the near future to provide a more user friendly experience.
