SEI Partners with Intersolar to Provide Technical Trainings

SAN FRANCISCO, July 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Intersolar North America 2013 -- Solar Energy International (SEI) is once again partnering with Intersolar to offer technical, in-depth solar trainings throughout the conference. These technical  trainings will provide a range of information on PV systems in the US Market. Taught by accredited SEI Instructors, theses trainings are not to be missed. The Technical PV Trainings include:

• ADVANCED GRID-CONNECTED PV SYSTEM TOPICS
  Monday, July 8 from 9-5 This class will focus on a wide variety of topics with the goal of insuring PV system longevity, peak productivity, and predictable ROI.
• DESIGNING GRID-CONNECTED PV SYSTEMS
  Wednesday, July 10 from 9-1 The focus is safety, code-compliance, and a robust yet economical design for PV systems. 2011 NEC requirements, equipment selection strategies, array-to-inverter optimization, and installation best practices will be covered by instructors with field experience designing and installing all sizes of PV systems.
• GROUND-MOUNTED SOLAR FARMS
  Thursday, July 11 from 9-1 An in-depth presentation on considerations for large systems, focusing on ground-mounted PV arrays, including system design, equipment choices and installation methods for optimal long-term performance, quality and cost considerations, and data monitoring and metering strategies.
