Called Select At Home, the new collaboration will extend the recovery and care continuum post-discharge from Select Medical's specialty hospitals.
The joint venture brings together the largest provider of post-acute care and the preeminent provider of home care and hospice solutions in partnership with health systems to deliver world-class, compassionate care for patients recovering or facing life-limiting illness at home.
