Angelique Carbo (Somerset County, NJ) to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer-Designee. Ms. Carbo joined Selective in November 2015. She will assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer upon the previously announced retirement of current Chief Human Resources Officer, Kimberly Burnett, later this year. Prior to joining Selective, Ms. Carbo served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at ABM Industries. Ms. Carbo holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Six Sigma Certification – Master Black Belt.
Rohit Mull (Short Hills, NJ) to Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Mull joined Selective in December 2015. Prior to that, he served as Head of Digital, Global Consumer Insurance and Chief Marketing Officer, Growth Economies/Emerging Markets at AIG. Mr. Mull earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University in India and received his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad University in India.
Michael MacMullin (Ogdensburg, NJ) to Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Office. Mr. MacMullin rejoined Selective in November 2015. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Claims Business Partner Services Lead at Chubb. Mr. MacMullin first joined Selective in 1997 as an underwriter trainee and spent 14 years with the company in various leadership positions. He earned his bachelor's degree in Journalism from Saint Michael's College in Vermont and holds the Masters Certificate in Project Management, Associate in Underwriting and Associate in Insurance Management.
Allison Paulson (Milford, PA) to Vice President, Commercial Lines Underwriting. Ms. Paulson joined Selective in 1983 and has held a variety of regional and corporate leadership positions throughout the organization. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor designations.
Robin Bullock (Swedesboro, NJ) to Assistant Vice President, Regional Safety Operations Manager. Ms. Bullock joined Selective in June 2004 as a Senior Safety Management Specialist. She earned her bachelor's degree in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and holds the Certified Safety Professional designation. Ms. Bullock is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the National Safety Council.
Zachary Kramer (Bedminster, NJ) to Assistant Vice President, Actuarial Reserving. Mr. Kramer joined Selective in December 2015. Prior to that, he served as Actuarial Manager, Reserving for ProSight Specialty Insurance. Mr. Kramer received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a member of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
