Selective Insurance Group Announces Officer Appointments

BRANCHVILLE, N.J., Nov. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Selective Insurance Company of America, a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGI), announces the following officer appointments.

Regina DePumpo to Assistant Vice President, Corporate Claims. Ms. DePumpo joined Selective in September 2018. Prior to that, she served as Second Vice President, Excess Casualty Claims Manager at Travelers Insurance. Ms. DePumpo earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Elmira College, both in New York. She also holds certifications as an Associate in Claims (AIC) and Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and is a graduate of The Institutes' Program in Supervisory Management.

Asif Hussain to Assistant Vice President, Information Management. Mr. Hussain joined Selective in 2011 as a Senior Application Manager. Prior to that, he served as Associate Director at Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Hussain received his bachelor's degree in Economics from York College of The City University of New York.

Lakshmi Jairam to Assistant Vice President, Information Management. Ms. Jairam joined Selective in 2009 as an IT Team Leader. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Consultant, Business Intelligence, for Tech Mahindra USA. Ms. Jairam earned her Master of Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from Kakatiya University, both in Warangal, Telangana, India. She also holds the Project Management Professional designation.

Mahesh Vijayamohanan to Assistant Vice President, Information Management. Mr. Vijayamohanan joined Selective in 2009 as an IT Application Specialist. Prior to that, he served as Project Lead for Tech Mahindra USA. Mr. Vijayamohanan earned his Master of Science, Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology in Pilani, India and his bachelor's degree in Technology, Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering in Trivandrum, India. He is a PMI Project Management Professional, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner and holds the Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
