Selman & Company Hires Sales and Marketing Leader

CLEVELAND, Aug. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Selman & Company, a leading insurance administrator and marketer with customers throughout the fifty U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Canada, announced today the hiring of Dyer Bell as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He will lead new business development efforts, as well as assume responsibility for marketing activities from Selman's Rockville, Maryland office.

A longtime resident of Baltimore, Dyer spent nearly five years at Zurich North America where he last served as a National Sales Manager. Previously, he served in sales and business development roles for AIG and All Risks, Ltd., the largest independent privately held wholesale broker in the country. He also brings Selman a balance of experiences in marketing and communications from serving as Director of Communications for both the State of Maryland's Office of the Governor and its Department of Business and Economic Development.
