Southeast Financial Center, located in the heart of Miami's Central Business District, is Florida's tallest and largest office tower and plaza, with 1.225 million square feet. Other green improvements include the implementation of elevator destination dispatch technology, which saves energy and reduces operating expenses, and leads to savings for the tenants by allowing employees to get to their respective offices faster and maximize work hours.
