Mr. Crusius will be speaking on the Best Practices for a Successful Mediation of a Patent Dispute panel about recent case law and legislative developments regarding trademarks and the Internet. The Conference is scheduled to be held March 28-30, 2012 in Arlington, VA at Crystal Gateway Marriott.
