Controlled monitoring of dry ice shipments throughout the entire cold chain has never been easier or more cost efficient. The TempTale 4 USB Dry Ice monitor's standard USB interface and automatically generated PDF report facilitates shipment disposition and medicine dispensing by providing clinical sites with instant access to critical time-and-temperature data without the need for costly infrastructure and user training. The temperature monitor operates without external probes or wiring, which allows it to be placed directly in contact with the product to provide the highest levels of temperature accuracy.

Combining Sensitech's industry-leading temperature monitoring technology with USB 2.0 PC communications and a powerful on-board microcontroller enables user access to time-and-temperature data at shipment receiving sites without the need for proprietary software and hardware readers.  Access to Adobe PDF reports permits on-site shipment decisions without computer installations and upgrades, system deployments or staff training.

The TempTale4 USB Dry Ice monitor also generates an encrypted data file compatible with Sensitech's TempTale Manager Desktop software and Internet-enabled ColdStream® Cold Chain Manager application. This protected data file facilitates the efficient exchange, storage, and analysis of time-and-temperature data and meets the record keeping requirements as stipulated by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21, Part 11 compliance and quality assurance.

Sensitech's TempTale4 USB Dry Ice temperature monitor can be used to record and track cold chain shipment and storage processes of plasma, pharmaceuticals, and frozen tissue. It is also suitable for dry ice shipments in which temperatures can reach as low as -80 degrees C (-112 degrees F).
