Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center Selects Optimal Radiology Partners

Optimal will provide on-site physician coverage and teleradiology support

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Optimal Radiology Partners, a national radiology practice and leading provider of on-site physician coverage and teleradiology support to hospitals nationwide, has been selected to provide comprehensive radiology services to Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, Va.

Under the partnership, Optimal will deliver on-site physician coverage and management support to 183-bed Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center as well as Sentara Lake Ridge, a state-of-the-art outpatient campus with a 24-hour free-standing emergency department (ED) and the surrounding Sentara Imaging Centers. The facilities will also have 24/7 access to highly specialized radiologists through Optimal's teleradiology network.
