OBERUSEL, Germany, April 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SENTIDO Hotels & Resorts has awarded the Quality Award to its Perissia Hotel on the Turkish Riviera.
SENTIDO, the international hotel brand, implemented a Quality Assurance Programme on entering the market in 2009. It assesses different factors so as to obtain extensive results on levels of satisfaction.
Firstly, compliance with the SENTIDO standard is regularly examined so that guest in every hotel of the brand experience the same good service. Added to this are regular checks by external quality officers and unannounced visits from anonymous hotel testes. Direct guest surveys and the assessment of criticism on assessment platforms are just as important. The results of the assessment databases of travel operators of Thomas Cook AG are similarly incorporated into the assessment.
The Quality Assurance Programme establishes a foundation to inspect hotels of the brand SENTIDO Hotels & Resorts with respect to its guidelines and conditions. The prime objective is to exceed the expectations of the guests, to improve the standards and service and to forge ahead with new and innovation products and service.
SENTIDO has now given its best hotels its Quality Award with the best assess hotel being SENTIDO Perissa Hotel in Side. The hotel is located in the Turkish holiday region of Side, directly beside a long sandy beach and three kilometres from the historical centre of Sides.

The second place award was taken by the Egyptian hotel SENTIDO Crystal Bay Resort, which is 20 kilometres outside Hurghada. The SENTIDO Apollo Blue on Rhodos achieved third place.
The SENTIDO Quality Award will be awarded once a year in the future.
