Server Technology and Western Telematic settle lawsuit brought by Server Technology for alleged patent infringement of intelligent power distribution unit technology

RENO, Nevada, Sept. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Server Technology, Inc. and Western Telematic, Inc. have settled a lawsuit brought by Server Technology against Western Telematic relating to the alleged infringement of a number of Server Technology patents covering technology used in intelligent power distribution units.

Without admitting liability, Western Telematic has taken a license to certain Server Technology patents. As a result, the case has been dismissed. The companies have mutually agreed that the terms of the settlement will remain confidential.
