A seasoned board member and career entrepreneur, Mark Portu has been involved with the development and operation of highly successful technology companies for more than 20 years and is currently President and COO of Trade Wings. He has led or managed the acquisition and integration of 15 software and service companies valued at more than $1 billion. He has served as an independent board director for eCopy prior to its acquisition by Nuance, as President and CEO of The FeedRoom, and as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Open Text Corporation. Portu co-founded TierTwo Systems which was acquired by Open Text and Curo Technology which was acquired by Frame Technology and then by Adobe.
Mike Torto brings 20+ years of leadership experience in the software industry and is currently President and CEO of rPath. Previously, Torto held CEO positions at companies including Centive and InCert Software, leading both through successful acquisitions, and Swan International, which he led to a European IPO. He has also held executive-level marketing roles at Interleaf, Intersolv and AICorp.
