Sharp Name Change Official

Jun 03, 2010, 10:00 ET from Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc.

COTTAGE GROVE, Tenn., June 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SHAR), a specialty retailer marketing to outdoor and hunting enthusiasts is pleased to announce the official name change from Sharp Holding Corporation to Cooper Holding Corporation.

On March 10th Sharp shareholders voted to merge with Cooper Hunting Industries, Inc. and change its name to Cooper Holding Corp. In April, the board filed with the state of Delaware to execute the name change and we are happy to announce that it is officially completed.

The decision to remain a holding corporation and leave Cooper Hunting as a subsidiary will allow for future company growth and development. Cooper Holding will build a strong portfolio through mergers, investments and acquisitions.

Shareholders should keep in mind that this does not affect the current ticker symbol. The board will be filing the proper documentation with FINRA over the next few weeks to receive a new symbol. A press release will be issued which will provide the new symbol and its effective date.

"In the past few months we have unexpectedly, encountered some minor issues which delayed the merger completion. However, these issues have been addressed and we are ready to move forward with the growth of our company."  Dan Cooper/President
