"In 2011 we sent a survey to potential clients asking for feedback on products that were missing in our marketplace," explains Andrew Raynor, President and CEO of Shawmut Property Management.  "One of the leading issues was a lack of transparency or visibility into vendor payments."  Mr. Raynor goes on to explain that, "In response to that survey, Shawmut Property Management has invested heavily in a new online bill approval system for clients."  According to Mr. Raynor, "this new system will allow our clients to login, 24 hours a day and approve payments to vendors.  The system shows copies of all invoices, the general ledger account that corresponds to the payment, and if the payment is within budget."
