W. Graham Garrett specializes in sophisticated real estate financing in all asset classes, representing major financial institutions and other lenders in all aspects of financing transactions, as well as representing private developers and owners in property acquisitions, sales and leasing matters.
Kyle Buchoff and Michael Horowitz join Shipman's premier corporate trust practice. They will represent banks and other financial institutions as administrative agents, trustees and collateral agents for secured and unsecured capital market transactions.
