NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Shubin Nadal Realty Investors ("SNRI") in partnership with DRA Advisors LLC ("DRA") has purchased the 44-acre Harman International Business Campus on Balboa Boulevard in the heart of the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, California.  The Property, which is to be rebranded "The Campus," is currently comprised of 856,515 square feet of office and industrial space.  The project will undergo a multi-million dollar repositioning plan to transform the Campus into a contemporary mixed business park , by demolishing certain obsolete buildings and adding new creative office, R&D and retail spaces, as well as a repurposing the exterior environment with significant outdoor amenities. The Campus will create an experience unique in all of the San Fernando Valley.
