The Company will initially seek to be fully accredited through the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and will likely consider accreditation other organizations course offerings expand. "We believe there is an opportunity for both acquisition of existing operations that can grow with modest capital infusion, as well as organic growth potential, and we expect to pursue both avenues," said Mr. Hill.
