Siderofsky Strategic Advisors Founder Stephen Siderow Joins Allposit, Inc. Advisory Board

NEW YORK, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Siderofsky Strategic Advisors LLC today announced that its Founder and Managing Principal, Stephen Siderow, has been named to the Advisory Board of Allposit, Inc. ("Allposit," or "the Company"), a provider of integrated digital solutions for the wealth management industry. Through Siderofsky Strategic Advisors, Mr. Siderow is an advisor to innovative asset managers, fintech and other early stage and growing businesses. He is also the former founder and president of a leading diversified alternative asset management firm.

Stephen Siderow is the founder and principal of Siderofsky Strategic Advisors LLC, an advisor to innovative early stage businesses, with a focus on financial services, alternative asset management and technology companies. Mr. Siderow leverages his 30+ years of business experience, extensive global relationships and strategic insights as a founder to help early stage companies catalyze growth and effectively manage the challenges and opportunities of fast growing businesses.

Previously, Mr. Siderow was President and a Co-founder of BlueMountain Capital Management, a diversified alternative asset management firm established in 2003, which managed peak assets of $23 billion, employed over 300 professionals, and had offices in New York, London and Tokyo. Under his leadership, BlueMountain pursued an expanding range of investment strategies for a global and diversified institutional and private client investor base of over 250 LPs. Mr. Siderow and his partners successfully negotiated a sale of minority interests in BlueMountain to AMG in 2005 and 2012, and a sale of the entire firm (including AMG's stake) to Assured Guaranty in 2019. 

Following BlueMountain, Mr. Siderow worked for two years as a Senior Strategist at Millennium Management, a New York-based multi manager hedge fund. Prior to co-founding BlueMountain, Mr. Siderow was a Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he worked with leading financial services institutions in NYC, London, Zurich and Tel Aviv primarily on strategic growth/new business initiatives. Mr. Siderow began his career as a Corporate Attorney with Cleary Gottlieb in New York and as a law clerk to Judge Jacob Mishler, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of NY.

In addition, Mr. Siderow is an active philanthropist and a board member of several non-profit organizations.  He currently serves on the boards of directors of iTrek, which introduces tomorrow's leaders in business, law, policy and STEM to Israel; The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership (CLAL), a leadership training institute, think tank, and resource center; The Hertzberg Palliative Care Institute at Mt. Sinai Hospital, which provides palliative care programs, helps educate health care professionals, and engages in ground-breaking research; and Ars Nova in New York City, which provides training and development programs to emerging performing artists.  He also served for over 14 years a Board Member and as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Birthright Israel Foundation, a program that provides the gift of first-time peer education trips to Israel.

Mr. Siderow holds a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Amherst College. After completing his law degree, Mr. Siderow was a Fulbright and a Sheldon Scholar in Israel at Tel Aviv University.
