Sierra Nevada College and Capital Education Launch Online Adult Degree Completion Program

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev., Jan. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Sierra Nevada College today announced the college will offer a new online adult degree completion program in partnership with Capital Education, a full service provider of online learning platforms for colleges and universities.  

The program starts in February 2011 and will begin offering Bachelor of Arts degrees in business administration and psychology in the first term.

The Sierra Nevada College (SNC) online adult degree completion program is designed to provide working adults a non-traditional opportunity to complete a degree to advance their career from a non-profit liberal arts college. Students can transfer credits from accredited community colleges and other post secondary schools and use them toward a four-year degree. It is ideal for students who desire the experience and community of a traditional campus, but need the flexibility of an online program in order to complete their degree at their own schedule.
