Mr. Wilkes has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, including President and Sr. Vice President positions, at Sterling Software, Stornet, Inc., SANZ, Agilysys, Inc. and AT&T. He has earned a reputation for success in strategy, sales and service delivery, as well as in organizational and process improvement. Mr. Wilkes earned a bachelor's degree in marketing management from Texas Tech University, followed by an MBA from Texas A&M University.
