Signature Homes Announces Groundbreaking Ceremony For The 2015 St. Jude Dream Home

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Signature Homes, one of America's largest home building companies, is proud to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the 2015 Nashville St. Jude Dream Home house.  This is the second year that Signature Homes has been honored with the opportunity to be the Nashville builder for what has become one of the largest single-event fundraisers for St. Jude nationwide.  The groundbreaking ceremony will take place Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 10:00AM.  The home site is located in the community of Carothers Cove at Ladd Park at 814 Dartmoor Lane, Franklin, Tennessee, 37064.  The public is welcome to attend the ceremony and learn about this year's Dream Home. 

The 2015 Dream Home Giveaway will feature Signature Homes' Linda floor plan.  This home will be valued at more than $500,000 and includes a finished basement, 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, a 3-car garage, over 3,600 square feet of stunning interior finishes, and amazing views of this picturesque community.  The home will be donated to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for their 2015 Dream Home house giveaway campaign.  This campaign has raised more than $260 million dollars, and looks to continue on this incredible past success.
