SignEasy collaborates with Google Cloud to bring eSigning workflows directly into Gmail

The integration is SignEasy's latest step in making it even easier to sign and fill paperwork, as the Gmail add-on will save users significant time and effort spent switching between the applications. The add-on enables users to instantly add a signature, date, name, and any number of other fields directly to any file attachment within Gmail, and then re-attach the document into an ongoing email thread. With this new integration, SignEasy will give over 1.5 billion Gmail users the power to modernize and streamline their document workflows, all from the comfort of their preferred email app.

After installing SignEasy from the G Suite Marketplace, the add-on can be easily accessed from the sidebar within Gmail. The add-on automatically shows the list of attachments in an email which can be signed, downloaded or attached in the same email conversation post signing. Additionally, the user can send the document to other required signers while adding fields that need to be completed — all within the Gmail application.
